中国科学院电子学研究所创建于1956年,是中国第一个综合型电子与信息科学研究所,主要从事电子与信息科学技术领域的应用基础研究和高技术创新研究,已形成了两大支柱领域和五个重点领域:两大支柱领域分别是微波成像技术和微波真空电子技术,五个重点领域分别是地理空间信息技术、电磁探测技术、先进激光与探测技术、传感器与微系统技术和可编程芯片技术。研究所下设11个研究部门,包括微波成像技术重点实验室、传感技术国家重点实验室(北方基地)、高功率微波源与技术院重点实验室、电磁辐射与探测技术院重点实验室、空间信息与应用系统技术院重点实验室(地理与赛博空间信息技术实验室、信息处理与图像分析实验室)、空间行波管研究发展中心、高功率气体激光技术部、航天微波遥感系统部、航空微波遥感系统部和可编程芯片与系统研究室。
2013年,电子所高质量地完成了年度科研计划,科研工作成效显著。共有在研项目545项,其中国家重大专项项目30项,中国高技术研究发展计划(863)项目(课题)32项,国家重点基础研究发展计划(973)项目14项;国家自然科学基金项目55项,承担并参加院级项目53项,其中院创新项目19项,先导专项1项,国际合作项目11项,所支持创新项目2项,其他科研项目359项。
Founded in 1956, the Institute of Electronics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences is the first comprehensive institute of electronics and information science in China. It is mainly engaged in applied basic research and high-tech innovation research in the field of electronics and information science and technology. It has formed two pillar fields and five key fields: The two pillar areas are microwave imaging technology and microwave vacuum electronics technology, and the five key areas are geospatial information technology, electromagnetic detection technology, advanced laser and detection technology, sensor and microsystem technology, and programmable chip technology. In 2013, the Institute of Electronics completed the annual scientific research plan with high quality and achieved remarkable results in scientific research. A total of 545 projects are under research, including 30 national major special projects, 32 projects of China High Technology Research and Development Program (863) and 14 projects of National Key Basic Research and Development Program (973). There are 55 projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and 53 projects have been undertaken and participated in, including 19 innovative projects, 1 pilot special project, 11 international cooperation projects, 2 supported innovative projects and 359 other scientific research projects.
