国家纳米科学中心(以下简称“国家纳米中心”)是由中国科学院和教育部共同建设,2003年12月获中央机构编制委员会办公室批复成立的中国科学院直属事业单位。
国家纳米中心定位于纳米科学的基础和应用基础研究,目标是建成具有国际先进水平的研究基地、面向国内外开放的纳米科学研究公共技术平台、中国纳米科技领域国际交流的窗口和人才培养基地。在努力为中国纳米科技发展提供支撑的同时,国家纳米中心还致力于促进国家纳米科技产业的标准化和规范化发展,以期为中国纳米科技的健康、有序发展做出贡献。广泛开展国内外科技合作与交流,积极融入全球创新网络,建设国际一流科研机构。
国家纳米中心现有3个中国科学院重点实验室,分别是中国科学院纳米生物效应与安全性重点实验室、中国科学院纳米标准与检测重点实验室和中国科学院纳米系统与多级次制造重点实验室。并于2020年批准筹建中国科学院纳米光子材料与器件重点实验室(筹)。纳米生物效应与安全性重点实验室设有纳米生物效应与安全性研究室,纳米标准与检测重点实验室设有纳米表征、纳米标准2个研究室,纳米系统与多级次制造重点实验室设有纳米器件、纳米材料、纳米制造与应用基础等6个研究室。国家纳米科学中心于2018年12月成立了理论室、纳米加工实验室。此外,国家纳米中心与北京大学、清华大学、中国科学院福建物质结构研究所等单位共建协作实验室19个。
The National NanoScience Center (NMC) is a public institution directly under the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) and the Ministry of Education (MOE). It was approved by the Office of the Central Commission for Public Sector Reform in December 2003.
The National Nanoscience Center focuses on basic and applied basic research in nanoscience, with the goal of building itself into an internationally advanced research base, a public technology platform for nanoscience research open to both domestic and international audiences, and a window for international exchanges and a talent training base in the field of nanoscience in China. While striving to provide support for the development of China's nanotechnology, NMC is also committed to promoting the standardization and standardized development of the national nanotechnology industry, with a view to contributing to the healthy and orderly development of China's nanotechnology. We will carry out extensive scientific and technological cooperation and exchanges at home and abroad, actively integrate into global innovation networks, and build world-class scientific research institutions.
The NMC has three key laboratories of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, namely, the Key Laboratory of Nanobiotic Effects and Safety, the Key Laboratory of Nanostandards and Testing, and the Key Laboratory of Nanosystems and Multilevel Manufacturing. The Key Laboratory of Nano-Photonic Materials and Devices of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (preparation) will be approved in 2020. The Key Laboratory of Nanobiotic Effects and Safety has a laboratory of Nanobiotic Effects and Safety, the Key Laboratory of Nanobiotic Standards and Testing has two laboratories of nanocharacterization and nanostandard, and the Key Laboratory of Nanosystems and multilevel manufacturing has six laboratories of nanodevices, nanomaterials, nanomanufacturing and Application basis. The National Nanoscience Center set up its Theory Room and nanomachination Laboratory in December 2018. In addition, the National NanoCenter has established 19 collaborative laboratories with Peking University, Tsinghua University, Fujian Institute of Structure of Matter, Chinese Academy of Sciences and other institutions.
