为了创建中国半导体科学技术的研究发展基地,国家于1960年9月6日在北京成立中国科学院半导体研究所(以下简称半导体所),开启了中国半导体科学技术的发展之路。
半导体所拥有两个国家级研究中心—国家光电子工艺中心、光电子器件国家工程研究中心;三个国家重点实验室—半导体超晶格国家重点实验室、集成光电子学国家重点联合实验室、表面物理国家重点实验室(半导体所区);两个院级实验室(中心)—中科院半导体材料科学重点实验室和中科院固态光电信息技术重点实验室。此外,还设有半导体集成技术工程研究中心、光电子研究发展中心、半导体照明研发中心、高速电路与神经网络实验室、纳米光电子实验室、光电系统实验室、全固态光源实验室和元器件检测中心。
半导体所高度重视国内外交流合作,与地方政府、科研机构、大学和企业等共建了近40个联合实验室,积极为企业和区域经济社会发展服务。同时积极开展多层次、全方位的国际学术交流与合作,成绩显著,科学技术部和国家外国专家局批准成立“国家级国际联合研究中心”。并且以自主知识产权的专利和专有技术投资,融合社会资本建立了10余家高技术企业,并实施科研成果转化为现实生产力,已初步形成产业化、商品化规模。
In order to establish a research and development base of semiconductor science and technology in China, the state established the Institute of Semiconductors (hereinafter referred to as the Institute) in Beijing on September 6, 1960, which started the road of the development of semiconductor science and technology in China.
The Institute has two national research centers: the National Optoelectronic Process Center and the National Engineering Research Center of Optoelectronic Devices; Three State key Laboratories: the State Key Laboratory of Semiconductor Superlattice, the State Key Joint Laboratory of Integrated Optoelectronics, and the State Key Laboratory of Surface Physics (Semiconductor Area); Two university-level laboratories (centers) -- CAS Key Laboratory of Semiconductor Materials Science and CAS Key Laboratory of Solid-State Optoelectronic Information Technology. In addition, there are also semiconductor integrated technology Engineering Research Center, optoelectronics Research and Development center, semiconductor lighting research and development Center, high speed circuit and neural network laboratory, nano optoelectronics laboratory, optoelectronic system laboratory, all solid-state light source laboratory and component testing center.
The Institute attaches great importance to exchanges and cooperation at home and abroad, and has set up nearly 40 joint laboratories with local governments, research institutions, universities and enterprises to actively serve the economic and social development of enterprises and regions. At the same time, the Ministry of Science and Technology and the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs approved the establishment of the "National International Joint Research Center". Moreover, with the investment of patent and proprietary technology with independent intellectual property rights and social capital, more than 10 high-tech enterprises have been established, and the implementation of scientific research results into real productivity, which has initially formed the scale of industrialization and commercialization.
