中国科学院声学研究所(以下简称声学所)成立于1964年,其前身是中国科学院电子学研究所的水声学研究室、空气声学研究室、超声学研究室和位于海南、上海、青岛的3个研究站,是从事声学和信息处理技术研究的综合性研究所,总部位于北京市海淀区中关村。2014年以来,声学所作为中国科学院海洋信息技术创新研究院(以下简称海洋创新院)依托单位,扎实推进建设工作,海洋创新院于2016年底通过验收,进入正式运行阶段。
声学所定位是:主要致力于声学和信息处理技术学科的应用基础和高技术发展研究,围绕中国在海洋、安全、能源、生命健康和信息网络等领域的战略急需,着力破解与声学和信息处理技术相关的前瞻性重大科技难题与系统集成瓶颈,着力提升自主创新与竞争能力,取得创新性重大成果,引领学科发展方向,保持特色鲜明和不可替代研究所的地位,把声学所打造成声学和信息处理技术领域国内外一流的国立专业研究机构。
特色研究方向包括:水声物理与水声探测技术、环境声学与噪声控制技术、超声学与声学微机电技术、通信声学和语言语音信息处理技术、声学与数字系统集成技术、高性能网络与网络新媒体技术。
The Institute of Acoustics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (hereinafter referred to as the Institute of Acoustics) was founded in 1964. Its predecessor was the Hydroacoustics, Aeroacoustics and Ultrasonics Department of the Institute of Electronics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and three research stations located in Hainan, Shanghai and Qingdao. It is a comprehensive institute engaged in the research of acoustics and information processing technology, headquartered in Zhongguancun, Haidian District, Beijing. Since 2014, the Institute of Acoustics, as a supporting unit of the Institute of Ocean Information Technology Innovation of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (hereinafter referred to as the Institute of Ocean Innovation), has been steadily promoting the construction work. The Institute of Ocean Innovation passed the acceptance inspection at the end of 2016 and entered the formal operation stage.
The acoustic positioning is: It is mainly devoted to the application foundation and high-tech development research of acoustics and information processing technology. Focusing on China's strategic urgent needs in the fields of Marine, security, energy, life and health, information network and other fields, it focuses on solving forward-looking major scientific and technological problems and system integration bottlenecks related to acoustics and information processing technology, and strives to improve its independent innovation and competitiveness, with major innovative achievements achieved. To lead the development direction of the discipline, maintain the distinctive and irreplaceable status of the institute, and build the institute into a first-class national professional research institution in the field of acoustics and information processing technology at home and abroad.
Characteristic research fields include: hydroacoustic physics and underwater acoustic detection technology, environmental acoustics and noise control technology, ultrasound and acoustics micro-electro-mechanical technology, communication acoustics and speech information processing technology, acoustics and digital system integration technology, high performance network and network new media technology.
