韩国科学技术院智慧能源人工智能研究中心为开放、超智能、超连接、大融合的第四次产业革命和能源智能ICT融合技术的创新培养不仅具有技术专长,而且具有技术与服务的融合能力,从全球角度培养了优秀的基于XAI的能源服务技术专业人才。
为了培养适合解决实际问题的人才,学生与能源公司合作,通过以项目为中心的培训提供解决方案,并在不同专业跨学科之间共享专业知识,并制定以能源为中心的开放式培训计划。通过协作研究支持解决实践问题,然后通过培养能源与智能ICT融合相关的专业人才,加强持续的未来人才培养,为打造以能源生态系统为首的能源新产业,打造多元化的能源供需管理平台、可再生能源管理平台。
通过实践问题解决型基于AI的能源服务技术培训计划,旨在培养解决实际问题的能源与智能ICT融合连接专业人才(每年30人以上,共90人以上),AI开设融合技术相关研究生(或本科)课程(每年2门以上,共6门以上)。
研究中心有其完善的推进战略,除了制定智能型ICT融合人才培养计划以外,还要参与与企业相关的现场实习。以企业实际经验为基础,能够持续地成为企业中优秀的研究人才。进行KAIST智能电网能源ICT教育,这是一种将能源产业、智能ICT融合、能源商业模式组合起来的专业教育。

To develop talent suitable for solving real-world problems, students work with energy companies to deliver solutions through project-focused training and share expertise across disciplines and develop open, energy-focused training programs. Through collaborative research, we will support the solution of practical problems, and then strengthen the continuous development of future human resources by cultivating professionals related to the integration of energy and intelligent ICT, and create a diversified energy supply and demand management platform and renewable energy management platform for the creation of a new energy industry including the energy ecosystem.
