绿色交通研究中心是2011年正式启动的,是工学学科比较新兴的一个领域,其主要在未来交通物流体系、未来汽车、未来铁路、未来海上运输、未来导航和通航这五个方面进行研究与技术开发。该研究中心通过对当前交通系统的理解和分析,为未来交通技术指明了前进方向,并开发未来交通系统,将新开发的技术(如高速铁路、未来航空技术、电动汽车等)有效、高效地应用于当前系统。
在交通运营方面,研究中心持续监控和分析当前交通系统,以确定系统的状态,并在此基础上控制流量,以开发优化的交通系统。其次,调查和分析交通系统的负面外部后果,包括交通、拥堵、污染和交通安全。最后也在研究如何通过引入 IT 技术、更有效地管理和控制系统,并更有效地管理外来区域,从而减少外来性。
在交通规划和政策方面,开发社会所需的信息,包括交通设施的定位和可行性评估,以反映复杂社会的需求,了解运输系统研究运营和规划所需的法律、政策和准则。
在绿色交通与物流运营管理方面,更新物流运营系统,促进物流管理和自动化。
该研究中心通过多学科方法确保新的融合技术和未来绿色交通技术引入更全面的系统,通过IT技术融合创造新的交通运营技术市场来达到社会经济预期效应。通过新的交通技术、建设和运营等融合及复合研究,提高其他行业的经济附加值。
Officially launched in 2011, the Green Transportation Research Center is a relatively emerging field of engineering discipline, which mainly conducts research and technology development in five aspects: future transportation and logistics system, future automobile, future railway, future maritime transportation, future navigation and general navigation.Through the understanding and analysis of current transportation systems, the research center points the way forward for future transportation technologies, and develops future transportation systems, effectively and efficiently applying newly developed technologies (such as high-speed rail, future aviation technology, electric vehicles, etc.) to current systems.
In terms of traffic operations, the research center continuously monitors and analyzes the current traffic system to determine the status of the system and, on this basis, control the flow in order to develop an optimized traffic system. Second, investigate and analyze the negative externalities of the transportation system, including traffic, congestion, pollution, and traffic safety. Finally, research is being conducted on how to reduce exogenousness by introducing IT technology, managing and controlling systems more effectively, and managing external areas more effectively.
In terms of transport planning and policy, develop the information needed by society, including the positioning and feasibility assessment of transport facilities to reflect the needs of a complex society, and understand the laws, policies and guidelines required for the operation and planning of transport system research.
In terms of green transportation and logistics operation management, update the logistics operation system to promote logistics management and automation.
The research center achieves socio-economic expectations through a multidisciplinary approach to ensure that new converged technologies and future green transportation technologies are introduced into more comprehensive systems, creating new markets for transportation operational technologies through the convergence of IT technologies. Through the integration and composite research of new transportation technology, construction and operation, we will increase the economic added value of other industries.
