2022年，美年健康确定收购一家全国性保险经纪公司，落实保险业务，推动健康服务和保险业务合一，打造中国版Health Maintenance Organization（HMO）的新健康服务与管理模式。

美年公司的中国版HMO模式整合数字化平台和专家资源，在健康服务基础上增加健康保险相关产品，构建“专业体检+智能诊断+专科诊疗+保险支付”的数字化健康服务平台，跟进数字化行业发展推动落实数字化健康服务发展。

新模式以健康体检为切入口，整合专科诊断治疗、慢病管理、基因检测、互联网医院、中医药产业、健康大数据开发等专门技术，不断构建完善产业链，拓展服务性能和覆盖领域。最后落实健康商业保险，进一步完善医疗健康服务完整服务链。
