    创新背景

    随着城市汽车保有量的快速增长,各大城市相继出台车辆限行政策,自驾出行往往不能以简单的距离来估算时间;找车位,等车位,甚至违章停车,都给城市带来了大量无意义的碎片化的交通流量,从而影响城市的动态交通,形成恶性循环;对于停车人员来说,以往停车楼带给大家的都是阴暗、狭小、拥挤、通风差的空间画面和单调乏味的停车体验。

    立体停车就成为了未来发展趋势,立体停车最大的优势就在于其能够充分利用城市空间,被称为城市空间的“节能者”。停车相对集中,占地空间小;出入方便高效快捷;停车楼的设计使用年限较长,一般可达50年;造价低,运行省,效益高;此外,停车楼立面可大面积开洞,方便采光通风,同样也节约了采光通风设备成本......

     

    创新过程

    阿姆斯特丹RAI螺旋停车场由Benthem Crouwel Architects设计,这座建筑高30米,其中8层楼供近1000辆汽车停放。让这座建筑与众不同的地方在于,他的首层平面不只是供停车使用,还可用来举办会议和展览。当此处没有活动时,这里可作为公共停车场供大众使用。

    Designed by Benthem Crouwel Architects, the 30-metre-high RAI Spiral car park in Amsterdam houses nearly 1,000 cars on its eight floors. What sets the building apart is that its ground floor is used not only for parking, but also for conferences and exhibitions. When there is no activity, it can be used as a public parking lot for public use.

        

    建筑主体为简约的矩形结构,在其西端设计了两个标志性的螺旋塔楼,其中一座塔楼为汽车驶入停车楼上的通道,另一座则作为驶下停车楼出口使用。通过这种交通分流的方式,让这一繁忙的社区的停车效率大幅提高。

    The building is a simple rectangular structure with two iconic spiral towers at its western end, one of which serves as the entrance for cars into the parking structure and the other as the exit for cars out of the parking structure. By diverting traffic in this way, parking efficiency in this busy community has been greatly improved.


      

    塔楼部分采用预制混凝土构件制造而成,构成了各层停车楼的出入通道。两个巨大的螺旋形塔楼在 A10 环路旁格外显眼,夜间螺旋轮廓线上蓝色的 LED 灯亮起时,建筑的优雅姿态将更加引人侧目。

        The tower, which is made of precast concrete elements, provides access to the parking buildings on all levels. Two huge spiral towers stand out alongside the A10 ring road, and their elegance is enhanced by the blue LED lights on the spiral contour at night.

    停车场首层两层高,形成宽敞的大厅,可以为会议和展览提供额外空间。整座大厅总面积约2800 平方米,设计者尽可能少结构柱,让空间更具动态也更加灵活。同时还设有多间扩展大厅,既可分别举办多种不同活动,也可打开滑动门将其与 RAI 的主展厅联系在一起。除了一层,上层的停车场和屋顶也可供不同活动使用。

    The ground floor of the car park is two storeys high, creating a spacious hall that provides additional space for meetings and exhibitions. With a total area of about 2,800 square meters, the hall was designed with as few columns as possible to make the space more dynamic and flexible. There are also a number of extended halls, which can host a variety of different events or open sliding doors to connect them to the RAI's main exhibition hall. In addition to the ground floor, the upper level car park and roof can also be used for different activities.
