现代住宅的空间组织和存储体积是室内建筑的必备要求,一般而言,住宅室内缺乏空间层次感和储存空间的时候,翻新阁楼是比较简便并富有美感的方案。
创新过程
根据住宅室内的空间设计感需求,建筑师Ana García和NeuronaLab在2022年设计了波布雷诺阁楼,通过在卧室设计木制阁楼和增加大型衣柜切割空间,改变浴室的位置,对空间层次感进行干预和翻新设计。
衣柜的两侧采用曲面设计,曲面两侧还有比衣柜稍矮的小型空间可放置杂物。衣柜顶上与天花板留出适当距离作阁楼。衣柜本身生成四个大小相似的空间,顶楼预留出阁楼的空间,两侧有小门进入卧室和工作室。
卧室和工作室中间是一个与大型衣柜相连的次要橱柜,用来存储防止家用器皿和一般的配件设备,橱柜连接前后连接衣柜和墙壁,保证稳定性。
大型衣柜的中央空间设计包含通往阁楼的楼梯、放置外套、鞋子的衣柜以及收揽清洁产品的空间,阁楼上厨房的柱子从衣柜中间穿过。
设计从开始时就采取一致性程度高的材料,使用两个色调不同但具有共同自然性的情绪板,使用透气、降湿和非加工的解决方案,保证室内空气清洁并有利于自然光对视力的积极作用。此外,设计材料提高了触觉感知兴趣度,让使用者在触觉上也能感受到高度舒适。

The Popreño Loft creates multidimensional storage space
In line with the need for a sense of spatial design in the residential interior, architects Ana García and NeuronaLab designed the Pobreño Loft in 2022, by designing wooden lofts in the bedrooms and adding large wardrobes to cut space, changing the location of the bathrooms, intervening in the sense of spatial hierarchy and renovating the design.
The two sides of the wardrobe are designed with curved surfaces, and there are small spaces on both sides of the curved surface that are slightly shorter than the wardrobe to store debris. The wardrobe is at an appropriate distance from the ceiling for the attic. The wardrobe itself generates four spaces of similar size, with the top floor reserving space for the attic and small doors on either side to enter the bedroom and studio.
In the middle of the bedroom and the studio is a secondary cabinet connected to a large wardrobe to store equipment that prevents household utensils and general accessories, and the cabinet is connected front and back to connect the wardrobe and walls to ensure stability.
The central space design of the large wardrobe includes a staircase to the attic, a wardrobe for coats and shoes, and a space to collect cleaning products, and the columns of the kitchen in the attic pass through the middle of the wardrobe.
The design takes a high degree of consistency from the beginning, uses two mood plates with different shades but have a common naturalness, and uses breathable, humid and non-processed solutions to ensure clean indoor air and favor the positive effects of natural light on vision. In addition, the design materials improve the interest of haptic perception, so that users can also feel a high degree of comfort in the touch.
